EMES Community Gathering-July 2027
6 Jul 2027
** New for 2027 **
In August 2026, jointly with Europe & Middle East Young Friends, EMES held an All Age Gathering (read more about the All Age Gathering here). For a week we formed an all age community of Friends from around our region and further afield. Through these new Community Gatherings we hope to try to recreate similar communities for a short period. Everyone is welcome to join us.
We will be experimenting with these gatherings in 2027 but the proposed format is as follows:- 30 minutes of worship
- 60 minutes of time in breakout rooms for chatting or sharing about a particular theme or participating in a workshop
If you would like to offer a themed discussion or workshop please contact Michael Eccles
These gatherings will last up to 90 minutes and will begin at the following time:
18.30 Britain, Iceland, Ireland & Portugal
19.30 CEST (Florence, Paris, Prague, Stockholm, Warsaw etc.)
20.30 EEST (Helsinki, Riga, Tallinn etc.) Lebanon, Moscow & Palestine
21.30 Georgia
We hope that through these gatherings you will feel more connected to other Friends in Europe and the Middle East and to EMES.
Each Community Gathering has a separate registration form – to attend this gathering please register by clicking here
Please contact Michael Eccles for more information, if interpretation into your language would help you attend or if you would like to ask any questions or make a suggestion about something to consider at a future gathering.
